Thank you for shopping with us at Dutyprint. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

General Returns


We have a 14 business day return policy, which means you have 14 business days after receiving your item to request a return if you are not satisfied and the item is not faulty.

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@dutyprint.com before sending any items back. We’ll guide you through the return process. Items sent back to us without prior contact and approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged in transit.

Once your return is approved and we receive the item in its original condition, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued within 7 days to your original payment method.

Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 business days at shop@dutyprint.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund and guide you on returning the item.

Faulty Goods


If you believe your item is faulty, contact us at shop@dutyprint.com. Refund or replacement eligibility and processing time may vary depending on the product. We will assess the issue and offer an appropriate resolution.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned, unless faulty:

Personal care goods

Opened hygiene products

Custom-made or personalized items

We also do not accept returns on:

Gift cards

Sale items

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you’re unsure about your item, please contact us before returning.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest option is to return the original item once approved and place a new order for the desired product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.

To qualify, your item must be in its original condition: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
