At DutyPrint, we are committed to delivering your order efficiently and reliably. Please review our shipping and returns policies carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons such as Black Friday or Christmas, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Please note: processing time does not include shipping time.
Estimated Shipping Times
We do our best to meet the estimated shipping times below, but they are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on the shipping method selected, carrier performance, customs, and other external factors.
North America
Standard: 7–10 business days
Express: 3–5 business days
USA (general estimate): 7–14 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and order size.
We offer free shipping on orders over $XXX.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply upon delivery. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package’s progress through the shipping carrier’s website.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:
You will be responsible for any re-shipping costs
Refunds will not be issued for returned items unless you choose not to have the item re-shipped
Lost or Damaged Packages
We take care to package and ship your order securely, but sometimes issues can occur.
Lost Packages:
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If it’s still not located after 48 hours, contact us at shop@dutyprint.com.
Damaged Packages:
If your item arrives damaged, take clear photos of the packaging and contents immediately. Email us the photos along with your order number at shop@dutyprint.com so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Contact us within 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within 30 days of delivery
We do not accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any issues with your order.
Conditions of Return
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
Items must be returned in their original condition; otherwise, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value
Potential Service Interruptions
Delivery times may be impacted by factors beyond our control, such as:
Severe weather
National holidays
Carrier delays
Customs processing or other unforeseen disruptions
